1. What Roster does
Roster stores report definitions and renders them against live Google Ads and Meta ads data. You connect a Google account, a Meta login or both per client workspace, choose which advertising accounts and campaigns a report covers, and Roster produces a dashboard you can share.
Roster is read-only with respect to your advertising accounts. It does not create, modify, pause or delete campaigns, budgets, bids, keywords or creatives, and it is not an advertising management tool.
2. Accounts and access
You create an account yourself on the sign-up page. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account, and you confirm that the details you give us are accurate.
Roster is designed so that one login may be shared across your team, and it does not distinguish individuals within an account. If you need per-person access control or an audit trail attributable to individuals, Roster does not currently provide it, and you should not rely on it for that purpose.
Tell us promptly at gauravkr.contact@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Google, Meta and their terms
Roster accesses Google Ads through Google's API using authorisation you grant. You confirm that you are entitled to access the advertising accounts you connect, and that connecting them and sharing reports drawn from them does not breach any agreement you have with your clients or with Google.
Your use of Google's services remains subject to Google's own terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Google. Google may change, restrict or withdraw its API, and if it does, parts of Roster may stop working through no fault of ours.
The same applies to Meta. Roster reads Meta ads data through Meta’s Marketing API, using a login you grant with Facebook Login for Business, and you confirm that you are entitled to the ad accounts you choose. Your use of Meta’s services remains subject to Meta’s own terms; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Meta, and Meta may change, restrict or withdraw its API or Roster’s access to it.
4. Your data
You keep all rights in the advertising data you bring into Roster and in the client information you enter. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You grant us the limited licence needed to store, transmit and display that data in order to run the service for you. We claim no other rights over it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect advertising accounts you are not authorised to access;
- use Roster to build reports about a third party's advertising without their permission;
- attempt to reach another customer's workspaces, reports or connections;
- probe, scan or attempt to defeat authentication, rate limits or encryption;
- resell or white-label Roster without our written agreement;
- scrape, bulk-export or redistribute the service in a way that circumvents the interface;
- use the service unlawfully, or in breach of Google's or Meta's policies.
We may suspend access immediately where we reasonably believe this section is being breached.
6. Report links
Report links are viewable without signing in so that you can send them to clients. You decide who receives a link, and you are responsible for that distribution. If a link should stop working, delete the report or the workspace.
7. Accuracy of figures
Roster reproduces figures reported by Google Ads and Meta and computes derived rates from them. It calculates ratios from summed totals rather than averaging per-row values, which avoids a common and material class of reporting error.
Even so, the underlying figures are Google's and Meta's, they can be restated after the fact, and reports may be affected by API limits, revoked authorisation or outages. You are responsible for checking any report before you send it to a client, and for the commentary and advice you build on it.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Roster available but offer no uptime commitment or service level agreement. We may deploy changes, take the service down for maintenance, or alter features. Where a change removes something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice if we can.
9. Fees
Fees, if any, are as agreed with you in writing. Where Roster is provided at no charge, it is provided as-is under section 11 and we may end it on reasonable notice. We do not collect or store payment card details through the service.
10. Intellectual property
Roster, its interface, its report catalogue and its underlying software remain ours. These terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active, and nothing more. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roster is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the figures it displays will be complete or accurate.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill or lost or corrupted data, however caused.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000. While Roster is provided free of charge, that floor of INR 10,000 is the operative figure.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Termination
You may stop using Roster at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these terms, or on reasonable notice for any other reason.
On termination we will delete your workspaces, connections, reports and snapshots within 30 days, except where we must retain something to comply with law. Export anything you need before you ask us to close the account.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders and reflected in the date above. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and ask us to close your account.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Rewari, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protections available to you where you live.
Roster Pvt Ltd is registered in India. If you are contracting from outside India, that choice of forum is deliberate and you should read it before relying on the service.
